1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Content Team ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Content Team is a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content including video ads, image carousels, captions, and social media posts. The Service is provided by AI Content Team ("we," "our," or "us").

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

4. Billing and Credits

• Free accounts receive a limited number of content generations as described on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
• Credits or usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Create deceptive or misleading content, including deepfakes intended to deceive
• Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Produce content that sexualizes minors or promotes violence
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service or circumvent usage limits
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you generate using the Service. This includes videos, images, carousels, captions, and any other output. You may use generated content for any lawful commercial or personal purpose.

6.2 No Quality Guarantee

AI-generated content is produced by machine learning models and may not always meet your expectations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, appropriateness, or fitness of generated content for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it.

6.3 Content Moderation

We employ automated content moderation to prevent the generation of harmful or prohibited content. We may review generated content for compliance with these terms and applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.

6.4 Input Content

You represent that you have the right to use any content you upload to the Service, including brand assets, images, and reference materials. You are solely responsible for ensuring your inputs do not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and AI models, is owned by AI Content Team and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service itself. Your use of the Service does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is needed to use the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Content Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your generated content available for download for 30 days following termination, after which it may be deleted.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Content Team and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
